Signing ceremony of Teaching Practice Base of Central Academy of Fine Arts, StrongLED Lighting Systems was a complete success

On May 8, 2019, the signing ceremony of the cooperation between StrongLED Lighting Systems (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. and the Central Academy of Fine Arts was solemnly held in the audio-visual lecture hall of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

Speech by Ms. Wang Xiaolin, Vice President of the Central Academy of Fine Arts

Wang Xiaolin, vice president of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, first delivered a speech in which it was pointed out that the cooperation between the Academy of Fine Arts and enterprises can encourage students to go out of the school and pay attention to reality and life, which is the school's innovative teaching concept, in line with the spirit of "New Century and New Plan" of the Central Academy of Fine Arts. The establishment of talent bases outside the school can achieve mutual benefit with the government and enterprises. Wang Xiaolin stressed that this cooperation with enterprises can enhance the standards of talent training, social service, scientific and technological innovation, and so on, which is in line with the "Double First-class" construction purpose of the Central Academy of Fine Arts.

In his speech, Zhang Jiarui, chairman of the StrongLED Lighting Systems, introduced the experience of cooperation between the StrongLED Lighting Systems and the Central Academy of Fine Arts over the past four years. He said: "the internship base is not only a test base for students, but also a resource sharing platform. In the future exchanges, I hope to work together to better integrate art and technology, and create more lighting space and lighting equipment for the city and the public, and look forward to more innovations and breakthroughs. From 2015 to 2018, the education and practice base co-funded by the School of Architecture of Central Academy of Fine Arts and StrongLED Lighting System Group was established, which increased the opportunities for close cooperation and communication between the university and enterprises. By the communication of professional knowledge, Central Academy of Fine Arts provided design innovation thinking with the technology support from StrongLED, and established the communication platform of science, technology and art of media architecture.
